The Boutique Houses provides short-term rental services for properties intended for tourist use.
Bookings can be made directly through the official website www.theboutiquehouses.com.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Availability and prices are updated in real time.
The booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been completed and the confirmation email has been received.
3. Payments
Payments are made through the systems available on the website (e.g. credit card via external providers such as Stripe).
The Company does not directly store payment details, which are handled by certified third-party providers.
Any additional costs, including the tourist tax where applicable, are indicated during the booking process.
4. Guest Portal and Identification
After booking, the guest is required to complete the guest portal by providing:
personal data
valid identification documents
identity verification via image (selfie), where required
Access to the property is subject to completion of the guest portal, payment of the tourist tax and acceptance of the short-term rental agreement.
5. Short-Term Rental Agreement
Before accessing the property, the guest is required to read and accept the short-term rental agreement.
Acceptance is made via checkbox or electronic signature and has legal value.
6. Check-in and Access
Access to the property may take place via self check-in or according to the instructions provided by the Company.
Access instructions will be provided only after all required steps have been completed.
7. House Rules
During the stay, the guest must comply with the rules set out in the short-term rental agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
theft or loss of personal belongings
service interruptions not attributable to the Company
9. Service Limitations
The Company reserves the right to:
refuse or cancel a booking in case of violation of these conditions
terminate the stay in case of non-compliant behavior
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logo) is the property of the Company and may not be used without authorization.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
