Reservations and General Conditions
Reservations can be made directly on www.theboutiquehouses.com, with real-time availability and prices.
To confirm the booking, payment by credit card is required. Once the transaction is completed, the Guest will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Rates and Cancellation Policy
Two types of rates are available:
Non-refundable rate: more convenient, but does not allow changes or refunds in case of cancellation. The full amount is charged at the time of booking.
Refundable rate (up to 15 days before arrival): free cancellation is allowed up to 15 days prior to check-in. After this deadline, a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount will apply.
All rates include utilities but do not include final cleaning fees (charged at the time of booking) or the city tax.
Any changes or special requests must be communicated by e-mail to: [email protected].
Check-in and House Rules
The check-in time must be confirmed by e-mail or according to the instructions provided by The Boutique Houses.
Upon arrival, valid identification documents for all guests must be presented; failure to do so will result in denied access to the accommodation.
The maximum number of guests indicated in the booking cannot be exceeded.
By paying for the stay and confirming the reservation, the Guest fully accepts the present short-term rental conditions.
The Company reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard if, for reasons beyond its control, the reserved property cannot be made available.
During the stay, the Guest must take proper care of the property, avoiding damages or disturbances to residents. The following are strictly prohibited:
unlawful activities;
handing over keys to third parties;
smoking inside the premises;
bringing pets without prior authorization.
Guests are also required to comply with local waste sorting regulations.
The booking will be considered definitively confirmed only after the rental agreement has been signed. Until then, no accommodation will be held or guaranteed.
Penalties and Limitation of Liability
In case of misconduct or improper use of the property, the Guest will be subject to a penalty equal to 200% of the rental fee. The Company may also retain part or all of the security deposit, without prejudice to further claims for damages.
The Company is not liable for theft, regardless of how it occurs, nor for interruptions or failures in electricity, gas, water, or Internet services beyond its control.
The Guest is responsible for safeguarding personal belongings and must not leave them unattended inside the property.
Data Protection and Jurisdiction
The Guest authorizes the Company to process and share personal data with third parties for purposes related to the rental agreement, in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.
For any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Milan.
